Cancellation & Refund Policy

Consultations

Consultations are complimentary and can be cancelled or rescheduled at any time.

Appointment cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a treatment. Cancellations with less notice, and missed appointments, may be charged a $50 fee. We waive the fee for documented illness or emergencies.

Payment for treatments

Treatments are paid at the time of service unless you have purchased a series. We do not charge for a treatment before your consultation has confirmed it is appropriate for you.

Treatment series

If you purchase a series, unused sessions are refundable. The refund is the amount you paid minus the regular single-session price of the sessions you have already received. Series are valid for 12 months from purchase.

Completed treatments

Because results vary and medical treatments cannot be reversed once performed, completed treatments are not refundable. If you have a concern about your result, contact us: follow-up visits to review your progress are free, and adjustments are made at your provider's clinical discretion.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days.

Card payments: refunded to the same card.

CareCredit: refunds are credited back to your CareCredit account, never paid in cash. A refund does not by itself change promotional financing terms already applied by Synchrony Bank; contact Synchrony with questions about your account.

Cherry: refunds are processed through Cherry and applied to your payment plan. Cherry adjusts your remaining balance and schedule.

Products

Unopened skincare products may be returned within 30 days with a receipt. Opened products are not returnable for hygiene reasons unless defective.
