Dermal Theory is a trade name of BH Aesthetic Ventures LLC, a limited liability company established in 2026, located at 1200 E Putnam Ave, Suite 203, Riverside, CT 06878. We are the controller of the personal information described here.

What we collect

Contact details you send us (name, email, phone), appointment and payment records, and the health information you provide at consultation and treatment. Our consultation request form does not submit data to a server; it prepares an email in your own email app, which you choose to send.

Health information

Health information collected in the course of your care is kept in confidential clinical records and protected under applicable law, including HIPAA where it applies. You will receive our Notice of Privacy Practices at your first visit.

How we use it

To schedule and provide treatment, keep medical records, process payments and refunds, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Financing partners

If you choose CareCredit or Cherry, you apply directly with that lender and your application is governed by its privacy policy. We receive only the information needed to process your transaction.

You can ask to access or correct your information, or stop receiving marketing messages, by emailing info@dermaltheoryct.com.

Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold.
